DAWN In Education Spelling Bee Jan-Feb 2005

In January 2005, DAWN in Education organised Pakistan's first ever National Spelling Bee.

The event brought together over 250 of Pakistan's most progressive schools to unite in a contest that would see 1,569 students demonstrate their vocabulary prowess in a bid to become National Spelling Bee Champions. Apart from encouraging children to make quantum leaps in their spelling ability and word recognition powers, the DAWN in Education National Spelling Bee provided a competitive environment that fostered commitment, dedication, comradeship and team spirit
